Ann Thomas, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience, now offering personalized, patient-centered care through her new concierge medicine practice.

 

Dr. Thomas is honored to provide this new model of care, designed to offer greater access, convenience, and a deeper doctor-patient relationship. Her concierge practice focuses on comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, and whole-person wellness for individuals and families.

 

Prior to opening her concierge practice, Dr. Thomas served at MSPB for three years and spent eight years with Summit Health in New Jersey, following her time at Hunterdon Family Practice and Obstetrics in Flemington, NJ. She is a longstanding member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Medical Association, American Medical Association and the Christian Medical & Dental Association. 

 

Dr. Thomas shares, “Concierge care allows me to spend more time with each patient, deeply understand their unique story, and proactively partner with them in their wellness journey. It’s about truly personalized, accessible, and high-quality care—delivered with compassion and continuity.” Known for her strong commitment to both local and international communities, Dr. Thomas has volunteered with organizations such as Global Health Organization in Honduras, Mission of Hope in Haiti, Zarephath Medical Mission in Africa, Operation Smile in Mexico, and the Special Olympics in New Jersey. She was honored with the Operation Smile Regan Fellowship. She is a Board member of Palm Beach County Medical Society and currently serves as the treasurer. 

 

Dr. Thomas is now accepting new concierge patients from across Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Delray, Boca Raton and Lake Worth. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as continuing her passion for medical missions and outreach work.
