Ms. Paola Salguero is a nurse practitioner who works with Dr. Roberto von Sohsten. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has over five years of nursing experience in multiple areas of medicine.  She also speaks both Spanish and English fluently. 

Ms. Salguero is a South Florida native and healthcare has always been her passion. She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in which she received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees; most recently Doctor of nursing practice in 2019. 

 
Ms. Salguero began as a neuro-telemetry nurse and worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including time in the COVID intensive care unit, teaching for Palm Beach Atlantic’s undergraduate nursing program, and medical missions. 

 

She has a passion for cardiovascular disease after working in intensive care ultimately pursuing a career in cardiology.
