Dr. Cohen went to University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate degree. He then went on to pursue his DO as Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his Family Practice Residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Dr. Cohen modeled his personal-care approach after a professor who formed tremendous relationships with his patients. Dr. Cohen enjoys getting to know his patients and gives them his undivided attention—he listens carefully so he can understand their fears, concerns and life goals. He also develops relationships with their family and friends. When people are ill there are often multiple reasons and knowing a patient’s family dynamics can make a huge difference.
