Dr. Sukhpreet Kaur completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and MIMG. She devoted significant time to volunteer activities that supported underserved populations in her community. After gaining experience in clinical trials and research, she obtained a master’s degree in biomedical sciences. Dr. Kaur then relocated to the East Coast to pursue her medical degree at EVMS. She continued her training in Florida, completing an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Throughout her education, Dr. Kaur maintained a strong commitment to serving vulnerable and marginalized populations through various organizations. In addition, she participated in multiple committees that enhanced her ability to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Kaur has a particular interest in heart failure and imaging, and she has presented at numerous academic conferences. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Outside of her medical career, Dr. Kaur enjoys practicing yoga, visiting the beach, and exploring different culinary cultures. She is pleased to join the MSPB Cardiology team, drawn by its collaborative environment and her commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
