  • What type of health insurance does MSPB accept?

  • What if I don't have insurance?
    MSPB will accept cash, debit or credit card.
  • How can I obtain my medical records?
    Please visit or Records Request page.
  • Can I communicate with my Provider?
    Yes, you can call your Provider's office directly. You can also register in MSPB’s Patient Portal. By registering, you will be able to send direct messages to your Provider regarding general questions and/or medication refills.
  • What if I have a question about my bill?

  • How do I view and pay my bill?
    You can view and pay your bill through MSPB's Patient Portal.
  • Why is it important to have a Primary Care Physician?
    Routine visits with your Primary Care Provider not only help with your comfort level, but they also build on your health history. Knowledge of your health history, as well as your family health history, is imperative for prevention of diseases and also helps your Provider catch early symptoms of serious conditions.
